TERMS OF USE
The rules governing the AxiVPN service.
These terms govern account creation, ordering, activation, use and renewal of an AxiVPN subscription. They must be read before any order or activation.

After activation or provisioning, amounts due for the current period are normally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
Cancel the next renewal
Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund a period that has already started.
1. Scope and service provider
AxiVPN is a professional virtual private network, dedicated gateway, access-administration and network-protection service provided by Axihedron Technologies, referred to as “AxiVPN”, “Axihedron”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
These Terms of Use, the “Terms”, apply to the public website, panel, client applications, gateways, subscriptions, orders, quotations and AxiVPN support services.
A specific term stated in an accepted quotation, order, invoice or signed agreement prevails over any conflicting provision of these Terms.
2. Account and client authority
The client confirms that it has legal capacity and, when acting for a business or organization, authority to accept these Terms and bind that organization.
Information supplied must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. The client is responsible for all accounts, users, devices and actions linked to its workspace.
The administrator account is personal and should not be shared. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
3. Order, subscription and activation
Service features, capacity, account allowance, location, price, term and billing frequency are those shown at checkout or stated in the accepted offer.
Payment does not automatically guarantee a particular location or infrastructure. Activation remains subject to technical validation, availability, security checks and successful payment acceptance.
The service is treated as activated as soon as a gateway or resource is provisioned, an IP address is assigned, credentials are issued, or the panel shows the service as active, whichever occurs first.
4. Immediate performance and refund policy
By confirming an order, the client expressly requests that performance, provisioning and supply of the service begin immediately, including before the end of any statutory cancellation period where the law allows such a request.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, once the service has been activated or provisioned, all amounts paid or due for the current subscription period are final and non-refundable. This includes non-use, partial use, client selection errors, early cancellation or voluntary account deletion.
A cancellation request may be considered before activation. Costs already incurred, bespoke work, licences, IP addresses, reserved resources and non-recoverable payment fees may be deducted where legally permitted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a refund, price reduction, cancellation right or other remedy that mandatory applicable law requires. Where a statutory cancellation right remains after service has started, the client may still be charged for the part supplied and any lawfully chargeable costs.
5. Renewal, cancellation and expiry
Unless otherwise stated, the subscription is billed for the chosen period and may renew under the terms shown in the panel, order or invoice.
The client may request cancellation of the next renewal before its due date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not create a refund for that period.
On expiry, access may be disabled and resources, IP addresses, configurations or operational data may be deleted or reassigned. The client must retrieve any information it is entitled to keep in good time.
6. Acceptable use
The service may be used only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law, regulations, third-party rights and infrastructure-provider policies.
Prohibited activity includes unauthorized system access, malware distribution, attacks, spam, fraud, impersonation, harassment, sexual exploitation, copyright infringement, evasion of lawful sanctions, and any activity likely to harm the service or third parties.
The client must not resell, sublet or publicly share the service, IP addresses or access credentials unless expressly authorized in writing or included in a plan designed for that purpose.
7. Security, users and devices
The client must protect credentials, keep devices updated and restrict access to authorized persons. The client remains responsible for activity through its accounts unless it proves a compromise attributable to AxiVPN.
AxiVPN may apply session, device, bandwidth, account or fair-use limits to protect security, stability and the capacity of the subscribed plan.
Work Shield provides additional controls but does not replace antivirus software, a security policy, backups or user training.
8. Availability, maintenance and technical changes
AxiVPN uses reasonable care to provide the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific latency, universal compatibility or access to every third-party website or platform.
Maintenance, updates, Internet incidents, provider restrictions, IP-address changes or security measures may temporarily affect the service.
AxiVPN may replace an infrastructure provider, software component, route or technical location with an equivalent solution where necessary for security, continuity or service operation.
9. Data and privacy
AxiVPN processes information needed for account creation, billing, authentication, support, security and operation of the service.
Technical data such as source IP address, device, connection dates, session status, gateway used and security events may be recorded for operations, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
The client is responsible for the lawfulness of data and processing carried out through the service and for informing its own users where required.
10. Suspension and termination by AxiVPN
AxiVPN may immediately suspend all or part of the service for non-payment, security risk, prohibited use, a competent-authority request, harm to a third party or a serious infrastructure risk.
Where circumstances allow, the client will be informed and given a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach. A serious, repeated or unlawful breach may result in immediate termination.
Suspension or termination caused by the client’s breach does not create a refund for the current period, subject to mandatory applicable rights.
11. Warranties and liability
The service is supplied with reasonable care and skill. Except for mandatory legal guarantees or a separate written commitment, AxiVPN does not promise that the service will meet a particular need or be free from every interruption or error.
To the extent permitted by law, AxiVPN is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, goodwill, opportunity or unsaved data, or consequences of a third-party service, compromised device or client misconfiguration.
To the extent permitted by law, AxiVPN’s aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected service during the three months before the event. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Changes, governing law and contact
AxiVPN may amend these Terms to reflect changes to the service, security, providers or law. A material change affecting a current subscription will be communicated by reasonable means.
The governing law and competent courts are those stated in the order, quotation, invoice or agreement with the relevant Axihedron entity. Mandatory rules applicable to the client remain unaffected.
